Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide from Germany. Please note that any customs duties or import fees that may apply are your responsibility as the buyer.

What size are the crowns? Will they fit my child?

Our crowns are equipped with a Velcro closure and are very easy to adjust. They fit comfortably on head circumferences from 45 to 60 cm, making them ideal for toddlers, children – and even some adults.

Can I order a custom crown in other colors?

Yes! We offer a selection of different fabrics, so you can choose your favorite colors. Just go to Catalog > Custom Crowns to discover all the options and create your very own personalized crown.

Orders & Deliveries

How long will it take to make my crown?

Production typically takes 5-7 business days before your crown is shipped. Please check the current processing time on the respective product page – it may vary during peak periods.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we will have already started making your personalized crown, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.

Each crown is lovingly handcrafted. Therefore, we thank you very much for your understanding – and of course for your support of our small business!

What is your return policy?

Each birthday crown is individually made and personalized for you. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges – except if your item arrives damaged or defective. Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. So, if anything is wrong, please contact us – we're always here to help!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only possible if your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake. If something is wrong, simply send us a photo and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.
